Kids Strength & Conditioning Program
As physical therapists, we care deeply about moving well and often throughout the life span. We also love making movement fun! So we are very proud to launch this new 8-week program for 7 to 12-year-olds, starting Monday, September 12th.

Kid-Centric Exercise Program
Our seasonal program is tailored to build fundamental movements for sports, running, and other lifelong activities. Additionally, we know that exercise can also help with focus, sleep, and mood.

Have Fun and Get Outside
We are here to have a good time and bring contagious energy. Practices will involve games, running, drills, and calisthenics. We are welcoming to all kids, regardless of fitness level, body type, or experience with athletics.

Compete at Local Events
Competing is a healthy activity. While we are not a sanctioned running club, we will encourage all participants to sign up for local cross country meets throughout the fall.

The When and Where
Monday and Thursday, 4 pm-5 pm
Meet at Hiawatha Park
$125 for the series (16 sessions)
Parents/guardians are not required to stay at practices
